At Jessy’s Place Café, we believe food is nourishment, connection, balance, and honoring the natural rhythms of our bodies. One of the most powerful ways we can do this is through cycle syncing: aligning what we eat, how we move, and how we care for ourselves with the different phases of the menstrual cycle.
Why does this matter? Because our hormones aren’t the same every day. They rise and fall, influencing our energy, mood, cravings, and even how we show up in the world. When we ignore these shifts, we often push against our own biology, leaving us feeling drained or out of balance. But when we listen and respond with the right foods, gentle practices, and mindful movement, we can support our bodies in every phase

We’ve crafted a campaign that weaves wellness and cycle syncing into the heart of what we do: from meals that support hormone balance, to smoothies and juices tailored for energy, to community workshops that guide women through each phase with compassion and ease. We hope to remind women that becoming aware of our phases, can lead to better living and a much more healthy menstrual cycle.
