Red Pepper Chicken, Bulgur/ Black Beans and Sweet Plantains

Slow cooked chicken breast with a roasted red pepper and herb marinade. We serve it with our popular bulgur wheat and black beans, and a side of oven baked cinnamon sweet plantains (no sugar added).
